Car
From Kandy, head southeast on the A1 highway towards Gampola. Continue on A1 for about 10 km until you reach Gampola. At Gampola, take the A26 towards Nuwara Eliya. Drive for approximately 15 km until you reach the town of Nuwara Eliya. From Nuwara Eliya, take the B500 road towards Bomburella Waterfall, which is about 8 km away. Look for signage indicating 'Bomburella Waterfall' as you approach the area. There might be a small fee for parking near the waterfall.

From Kandy, take a bus from the Kandy bus station heading to Gampola. The fare is approximately LKR 50. The bus ride takes around 30 minutes. Once in Gampola, transfer to a bus heading to Nuwara Eliya. This journey will cost around LKR 150 and takes about 1 hour. Upon reaching Nuwara Eliya, you can take a tuk-tuk to Bomburella Waterfall for about LKR 500, which will take around 15-20 minutes. Make sure to confirm that the tuk-tuk driver knows the route to Bomburella Waterfall.
