    If you're driving to Great World's End Drop, start from Nuwara Eliya, which is a popular base in the Hill Country. From Nuwara Eliya, take the A5 road towards Horton Plains National Park. The drive is approximately 30 minutes (about 30 km). Once you reach the entrance of Horton Plains, you will need to pay an entrance fee of 3,000 LKR for foreign tourists. After entering, follow the road to the parking area. From the parking lot, follow the clearly marked trail towards World's End, which is about a 1.5 km walk. The view is spectacular especially in clear weather.

  • Public Transportation

    To reach Great World's End Drop using public transport, take a bus from Nuwara Eliya to Horton Plains. Buses leave from the main bus station in Nuwara Eliya, and the fare is approximately 100 LKR. The journey takes around 1 hour. Once you arrive at Horton Plains, you will need to pay the entrance fee of 3,000 LKR for foreign tourists.
