Car
From Horton Plains National Park, exit via the main entrance and head towards Nuwara Eliya. Drive along the A7 road for approximately 10 km until you reach the junction at Kalupahana. Turn left onto the Kalupahana - Ohiya Road (Bambarakanda Falls is well signposted). Continue on this road for about 9 km until you see the sign for Bambarakanda Falls. Park your vehicle at the designated parking area, and follow the short walking path to reach the falls.

From Horton Plains National Park, you will need to take a taxi or a tuk-tuk to the nearest bus station, which is located in Nuwara Eliya. Once at the bus station, catch a bus heading towards Kalupahana. The bus ride will take approximately 30-40 minutes. After arriving in Kalupahana, look for a local tuk-tuk to take you to the entrance of Bambarakanda Falls. The tuk-tuk ride will take about 15 minutes and should cost around 300-500 LKR.
