    If you're driving from the main entrance of Horton Plains National Park, take the road leading out of the park towards the town of Ohiya. This scenic drive will take approximately 30-40 minutes. As you exit the park, continue on the Kalupahana - Ohiya Road. You will pass through picturesque landscapes and tea plantations. Look for signs indicating the direction to Bambarakanda Waterfall. The outer viewpoint is located along this road, approximately 10 km from the park entrance. Be cautious of the winding roads and watch for parking spaces near the viewpoint.

    To reach Bambarakanda Waterfall - Outer Viewpoint via public transport, start by taking a bus from the nearest bus stop in Horton Plains National Park towards Ohiya.
