If you are starting from Jaffna Fort, head south on Main Street (also known as Jaffna-Kankesanturai Road). Continue walking straight for approximately 2 kilometers until you reach Chundikuli. The memorial will be on your right at 249 Jaffna-Kankesanturai Rd. The walk should take about 25-30 minutes.

From Jaffna Railway Station, exit the station and turn left onto Jaffna-Kankesanturai Road. Walk straight for about 1.5 kilometers, passing several shops and local eateries.
