From Minneriya National Park, drive south on Minneriya-Habarana Road for about 5 kilometers. Then, turn left onto Pidurangala Road and continue for another 2 kilometers until you reach the parking area for Pidurangala Rock. From there, it is a short hike to the top of the rock.

You can hire a tuk-tuk from Minneriya National Park to take you directly to Pidurangala Rock. Negotiate the fare with the driver before starting the journey. Once you reach the parking area, you will need to hike up to the rock summit.
