Walking
From the center of Nuwara Eliya, head east on Main Street (Nuwara Eliya - Bandarawela Rd). Continue straight for approximately 1.5 kilometers until you reach the roundabout. Take the first exit onto the Kandy Road. After about 2 kilometers, you will see a sign for Buduruwagala on your right. Follow this road (Buduruwagala Rd) for about 1 kilometer until you reach the Buduruwagala Raja Maha Viharaya. The temple is located on your left.

You can easily hire a tuk-tuk from any point in Nuwara Eliya. Just tell the driver 'Buduruwagala Raja Maha Viharaya', and they will know the route. The journey should take around 15-20 minutes, depending on traffic. Make sure to agree on the fare before starting your ride.
