Getting There

    Start your journey from the center of Nuwara Eliya, near the famous Nuwara Eliya Post Office. Head south on S.W.R.D. Bandaranaike Mawatha and continue straight for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the intersection with the Nuwara Eliya - Kandy Road (A7). Turn left onto A7 and walk for another 1 kilometer until you see the sign for Sita Mata Kovil. The temple is located off the main road, approximately 200 meters down a small path.

    From the central bus station in Nuwara Eliya, take a local bus heading towards Kandy. Inform the bus driver that you want to get off at the Sita Mata Kovil stop. The bus ride will take about 15-20 minutes. Once you reach the stop, walk back along the main road for about 200 meters to find the entrance to the temple path.
