Getting There

Walking
Start your journey from the Sigiriya Rock Fortress entrance. Head south on the main road towards the town center. After about 500 meters, you will reach a junction. Turn left at the junction and continue straight for approximately 1 kilometer. Keep an eye out for signs indicating Little Sigiriya. As you approach, you will notice the hill shape resembling Sigiriya on your right. Follow the path leading up to the hill. The entrance is marked, and you will be able to enjoy the views from the top.

Rent a bicycle from one of the local shops in Sigiriya. Begin your ride heading south from the Sigiriya Rock Fortress entrance. Follow the main road for about 500 meters until you reach a junction.
