    If you are driving from Udawalawe National Park to Flood Plains National Park, start by heading northwest on the A4 road from the park entrance. Follow the A4 for about 19 kilometers until you reach the junction with the A14 road. Turn left onto the A14 and continue for approximately 10 kilometers. You will see signs for Gallella; keep following these signs. Once you arrive in Gallella, look for W39P+7JR on your GPS or map. The entrance to Flood Plains National Park is located at these coordinates: 7.9182495, 81.0865035.

    To reach Flood Plains National Park via public transport, take a bus from Udawalawe to Embilipitiya, which costs around 50 LKR. From Embilipitiya, switch to a bus heading to Gallella.
