From the Wilpattu National Park entrance, head southeast on the A12 road towards Puttalam. Continue for about 13 kilometers until you reach the junction at the town of Nochchiyagama. At this junction, take a left turn onto the A10 road towards Anuradhapura. Continue on the A10 for approximately 40 kilometers. Look for signs indicating Diyabeduma and Angammedilla National Park. You will need to take a right onto the road that leads into the park area. Follow this road for about 5 kilometers until you reach the Angammedilla National Park entrance.
