From Yala National Park, take the main road (A2) towards Tissamaharama. Continue on A2 for approximately 22 km until you reach the junction for the A25 road. Turn left onto A25 and follow it for about 27 km. Look for signs indicating Angammedilla National Park. The entrance to the park is located at WWGC+58C, Diyabeduma. Ensure you have local currency (LKR) available for the entrance fee, which is usually around 1,500 LKR for foreign tourists.

Public Transportation
From Yala National Park, you will need to take a bus to Tissamaharama. Buses leave frequently from the main road. The fare should be around 100 LKR. Once in Tissamaharama, look for a bus heading to Diyabeduma or Angammedilla. Confirm with the driver that they will stop near Angammedilla National Park. The bus fare to Diyabeduma is typically about 50 LKR. After arriving in Diyabeduma, you may need to walk or take a tuk-tuk to the park entrance (approximately 5 km). Make sure to have some cash on hand for the tuk-tuk, which may cost around 300-500 LKR.

If you prefer a more direct route, you can hire a taxi from your location within Yala National Park. Negotiate the fare beforehand; it should be around 3,000-4,000 LKR for a one-way trip to Angammedilla National Park.
