Walking
Start at the Ascona promenade along the lakefront. Walk towards the south until you reach the end of the promenade. From there, continue straight onto Via delle Scuole. Follow this road for about 15 minutes until you reach a bus stop called 'Ascona, Stazione'. Here, you can catch a local bus to Como. Ensure you check the bus schedule for the next departure.

Once you are at 'Ascona, Stazione', board the bus in the direction of 'Lugano'. Stay on the bus for approximately 30 minutes. The bus will take you through beautiful scenery along the lake. Get off at 'Lugano, Stazione'. From there, transfer to a train heading to Como. It's a short ride of about 20 minutes.

Upon arriving at Como station, exit the train and walk towards Viale Giancarlo Puecher. You can follow the signs for the lakefront. It is about a 10-minute walk. As you approach the lake, turn right on Viale Giancarlo Puecher, and you will find the Lake Como private boat tour agency on your left side.
