From Ascona, walk to the nearest bus stop which is located on the main road, Via della Libertà. Take the bus number 5 towards 'Brunate'. The journey will take approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at the 'Brunate' bus stop, exit the bus and walk towards 'Piazza della Chiesa'. It is a short 5-minute walk, and you will see the church on your left as you approach the square.

Funicular
If you prefer a scenic route, take a train from Ascona to Como. Once in Como, head to the funicular station located near the lakefront (approximately a 10-minute walk from the train station). Take the funicular up to 'Brunate'. The ride offers beautiful views of Lake Como. After reaching the top, walk about 10 minutes to 'Piazza della Chiesa' where Chiesa Parrocchiale di Sant'Andrea is located.

For the adventurous, you can hike from Ascona to Brunate. Start your hike from the center of Ascona following the signs towards 'Brunate'.
