If you are starting from Bern's main train station (Bern Hauptbahnhof), exit the station and head towards the bus stop. Take bus number 11 or 20 towards 'Grosser Muristalden'. After about 5 minutes, get off at the stop 'Spitalplatz'. From the bus stop, walk along the 'Spitalgasse' street for approximately 5 minutes. The Church of the Holy Spirit will be located on your left at Spitalgasse 44.

From the Zytglogge (the famous clock tower), walk towards the direction of Kramgasse. Continue straight until you reach the 'Wabern' tram stop. Take tram number 9 towards 'Grosser Muristalden'.
