Walking
If you are starting from the Chiang Rai Clock Tower, head south on Phaholyothin Road. Walk for about 600 meters until you reach the intersection with Trairat Road. Turn left onto Trairat Road and continue walking for approximately 1 kilometer. You will notice the Hongluang Saengkaew Museum on your left at 19 Moo 1, Wat Phra Kaew. The museum is located near the Wat Phra Kaew temple.

You can easily find a tuk-tuk from various spots in the city, such as the Chiang Rai Night Bazaar. Inform the driver that you want to go to Hongluang Saengkaew Museum (located at 19 Moo 1, Wat Phra Kaew). The ride should take about 10-15 minutes depending on traffic. Make sure to negotiate the fare beforehand, which typically ranges from 40-60 THB.
