If you are traveling by private car, start from the main road within Queen Elizabeth National Park. Head towards the southern part of the park, following the signs for Mahyoro. Continue along the main road until you reach the junction leading to Mahyoro village. Turn onto the road towards Mahyoro, and keep an eye out for the Woodland Country Home which is located at V7C5+75. The drive should take approximately 30 minutes, depending on road conditions.

For those using public transportation, you can catch a shared taxi or matatu from the main park entrance or nearby towns. Make sure to ask the driver to drop you off at Mahyoro. The fare is usually around 5,000 UGX to 10,000 UGX per person. Once you reach Mahyoro, you may need to hire a motorcycle taxi (boda boda) to take you directly to Woodland Country Home at V7C5+75, which should cost around 3,000 UGX to 5,000 UGX.
