Car
If you are traveling by car, start from the main park entrance of Rwenzori Mountains National Park. Head southeast on the main road towards Kasese. After approximately 15 km, you will reach the junction with the Mbarara-Kasese Road. Continue on this road for about 10 km. Look for the sign for Katuguru Trading Center. Turn off the main road and drive for about 2 km until you reach Katuguru Trading Center. Engiri Game Lodge is located 200 meters behind the trading center. You may need to ask locals for specific directions once you are near the trading center.

Public Transportation
If you are using public transport, take a matatu (shared taxi) from Kasese to Katuguru Trading Center. Matatus frequently depart from the main taxi park in Kasese. The fare is usually around 3,000 UGX per person. Once you arrive at Katuguru Trading Center, ask locals for directions to Engiri Game Lodge, which is located 200 meters behind the trading center. You might need to walk this short distance.

Bicycle
For those adventurous enough to cycle, you can rent a bicycle in Kasese. Head towards the Mbarara-Kasese Road and follow the same route as cars. The ride to Katuguru Trading Center is approximately 25 km. Once you reach the trading center, find the path leading to Engiri Game Lodge 200 meters behind the center. Make sure to wear a helmet and stay hydrated during your ride.
