    From Cardiff City Centre, head to the bus stop at Central Station. Take the X2 or X3 bus towards Bristol. After approximately 40 minutes, get off at the Clifton Down stop. From there, walk down Whiteladies Road, and take a left onto Queens Road. The Bristol Museum & Art Gallery will be on your right.

    Begin your journey at Cardiff Central Train Station. Purchase a ticket to Bristol Temple Meads. The train ride will take about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Bristol Temple Meads, exit the station and catch a bus (X1 or 8) towards Clifton. Alight at the Clifton Down stop, and then walk down Whiteladies Road, turning left onto Queens Road to reach the Bristol Museum & Art Gallery.

    If you are near the Cardiff Castle, start walking towards the city center. From Cardiff Castle, head towards St. Mary Street, then follow signs to the Cardiff Central Train Station. Once there, take a train to Bristol Temple Meads as described above. After arriving in Bristol, walk to the bus station next to the train station and take a bus to Clifton.
