Bus
If you are starting from the city center, head to the bus stop at St Andrew Square. Take bus number 3 or 25 towards Balgreen. The journey will take approximately 20-30 minutes. Get off at the 'Balgreen' bus stop. From there, walk down Balgreen Road for about 5 minutes, and you will see the entrance to Saughton Rose Gardens on your left.

Tram
From the city center, you can also take the tram from Princes Street towards Edinburgh Airport. Get off at the 'Balgreen' tram stop, which is about a 15-minute ride. After disembarking, walk down Balgreen Road for about 10 minutes. The entrance to Saughton Rose Gardens will be on your left.

Walking
If you're near the area of Fountainbridge, you can walk to Saughton Rose Gardens. Head west along Fountainbridge to the roundabout and take a right onto Gorgie Road. Continue straight until you reach the junction with Balgreen Road. Turn left onto Balgreen Road and walk for approximately 15 minutes. The gardens will be on your right.

Bike
For a more active route, you can rent a bike from one of the many rental stations around the city. Head towards the Union Canal and follow the canal path heading west. This scenic route takes you through the city and will lead you to Saughton Rose Gardens. It will take around 30 minutes to reach the gardens by bike.
