If you are starting from Edinburgh Waverley Station, exit the station onto Market Street. Walk straight ahead until you reach the junction with North Bridge. Cross North Bridge and continue walking straight until you reach the roundabout. From there, take the first exit onto Holyrood Road. Follow Holyrood Road until you see the entrance to Parliament Square on your left-hand side. Parliament Square is located just past the Scottish Parliament Building.

If you're near the Grassmarket area, you can catch the Lothian Buses number 35 or 36 from the Grassmarket bus stop. Get off at the 'Scottish Parliament' stop. From there, walk down Horse Wynd, and you will find Parliament Square right in front of you, adjacent to the Scottish Parliament Building.
