If you are starting from Edinburgh Waverley Train Station, exit the station and head towards the main entrance. Once outside, turn right onto Market Street. Continue straight until you reach the junction with North Bridge. Cross over North Bridge and head straight onto High Street (Royal Mile). Walk along the Royal Mile, passing several shops and attractions. When you reach the junction with St. Giles' Cathedral, turn left onto Parliament Square. The Statue of the Fifth Duke of Buccleuch will be on your left, located in Parliament Square.

From Edinburgh Waverley Train Station, walk to the bus stop located on Market Street (Stop F). Take bus number 35, 36, or 100 towards the City Centre. Alight at the 'St Andrew Square' stop. From there, walk towards the west on St. Andrew Square, then take a left on to North St David Street. Continue straight until you reach the junction with the Royal Mile. Turn right onto the Royal Mile and walk until you reach Parliament Square. The Statue of the Fifth Duke of Buccleuch will be on your left.
