Car
From the main town of Kirkwall, take the A965 road towards Stromness. Continue on the A965 until you reach the junction for the A964, where you will turn left. Follow the A964 until you come to a T-junction with the B9056. Turn right onto the B9056, which will lead you directly to Skara Brae. The village is clearly signposted along the route. There is a parking area available on-site, and parking is free.
