If you are driving to Dunrobin Castle & Gardens, head towards the A9 road, which is the main route connecting various parts of Scotland. From Inverness, take the A9 southbound for about 40 miles. After passing through the village of Golspie, you will see signs for Dunrobin Castle. Follow these signs, and the castle will be located just a short distance off the A9, on the left-hand side. There is a parking area available for visitors at the castle.

To reach Dunrobin Castle & Gardens via train, take a train from Inverness to Golspie station. Trains run regularly, and the journey takes about 1 hour. Once you arrive at Golspie station, it is a 15-20 minute walk to the castle. Exit the station, head south on Station Road, then turn left onto the A9 and follow the signs to Dunrobin Castle. Be sure to check the train schedules in advance for the most convenient times.
