    From Selkirkshire, get onto the A7 road heading north towards Edinburgh. Continue on the A7 for approximately 30 miles. As you approach Edinburgh, follow the signs for the city center. Once in the city, take the A700 towards the city center. After about a mile, you will see signs for George Square. Follow the signs and park at one of the nearby parking facilities. George Square is a short walk from most parking areas.

    If you're taking public transportation, head to the Selkirk bus station. Take the Borders Buses service 60 or 61 towards Edinburgh. The journey takes approximately 1 hour. Get off at the 'East Market Street' stop in Edinburgh. From there, walk towards South Bridge and then turn left onto George Square. It’s a short 10-minute walk to reach your destination.

    To travel by train, go to the nearest train station in Selkirk. Board a train heading towards Edinburgh Waverley station. The train ride takes about 45 minutes. Upon arrival at Waverley station, exit onto Waverley Bridge. Walk down the bridge and take a right onto Market Street. Continue straight until you reach South Bridge, then turn left, which will lead you directly to George Square, approximately a 15-minute walk.
