From Windsor & Eton Central train station, take the South Western Railway train towards London Waterloo. The journey takes approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Waterloo station, follow the signs to the underground and take the Jubilee line towards Stratford. After two stops, change at Green Park station and switch to the Piccadilly line towards Cockfosters. Get off at Leicester Square station. From there, exit the station, and walk towards the northwest on Cranbourn Street until you reach Charing Cross Road. Turn left and walk along Charing Cross Road until you reach Old Compton Street. The Prince Edward Theatre will be on your right.

From Windsor, take the Green Line bus number 702 from Windsor Theatre Royal stop. The bus will take you to Victoria Coach Station in London, which takes about an hour. Once you arrive at Victoria, head to the Victoria underground station and take the Victoria line towards Walthamstow Central. Get off at Oxford Circus station and change to the Central line towards Liverpool Street. Get off at Tottenham Court Road station. From there, walk southwest on Tottenham Court Road, then turn left onto Charing Cross Road. Continue until you reach Old Compton Street, where the Prince Edward Theatre is located.
