If you are starting from York Minster, exit the Minster grounds and head south on Minster Yard, then turn left onto the High Petergate. Walk straight until you reach the junction with Stonegate, then turn right onto Stonegate. Continue straight until you reach the end of the street and turn left onto Lendal. After a short walk, you will reach King's Square. York's Chocolate Story is located at 3-4 King's Sq, on your right.

If you are near the Shambles, start at the bottom of the Shambles and walk towards the end where it meets the Market Square. Turn right onto Pavement and continue straight. Follow the road as it curves and becomes Lendal. Continue walking until you reach King's Square. You will find York's Chocolate Story at 3-4 King's Sq on your left.
