Walking
If you are starting from York Minster, exit the Minster grounds and head southwest on Minster Yard towards Duncombe Place. Continue straight onto High Petergate, then take a left onto Stonegate. Walk along Stonegate until you reach the junction with the Shambles, a famous street known for its timber-framed buildings. Turn right onto The Shambles and continue walking until you reach the end of the street. At the end, turn left onto Pavement and continue straight until you reach King's Square. York's Chocolate Story will be on your right at 3-4 King's Sq.

If you are coming from the Train Station, exit the station and head northwest on Station Road. Continue onto Lendal Bridge, crossing the river, and follow Lendal until you reach the junction with Museum Street. Turn right onto Museum Street and continue until you reach the junction with St. Leonard's Place. Cross over to the other side and continue straight onto Exhibition Square. From there, take a left onto the end of High Petergate, then turn right onto Stonegate. Continue on Stonegate, turn right onto The Shambles, and finish by turning left onto Pavement to reach King's Square, where York's Chocolate Story is located.

From the York Castle Museum, exit the museum and head towards the river. Cross the river via Ouse Bridge, and continue walking straight onto Coney Street. Follow Coney Street until you reach the end and take a left onto St. Helen's Square. Continue straight, and you will come to the junction with Pavement. Turn right onto Pavement and walk until you reach King's Square, where you will find York's Chocolate Story at 3-4 King's Sq on your right.
