If you are driving from the Zion Canyon Visitor Center, head east on UT-9 E for approximately 12 miles. After you pass through the town of Springdale, continue on UT-9 E until you reach the junction with US-89. Turn left onto US-89 N and drive for about 17 miles. Then, take the exit for UT-12 E toward Bryce Canyon. Continue on UT-12 E for about 5 miles, and then turn left onto Twin Knolls Rd.
