    Getting There

    Walking

    Exit the Vatican Museums and head towards Viale Vaticano. Walk straight along Viale Vaticano until you reach the intersection with Via Leone IV. Turn right onto Via Leone IV and continue walking until you reach Piazza San Pietro (St. Peter's Square). From there, head towards the right side of the square and take the road leading to Via della Conciliazione. Continue straight until you reach the Tiber River. Once you reach the river, turn left and follow the riverbank. After about 1 km, you will see the Ponte Sant'Angelo (St. Angelo Bridge). Cross the bridge and continue straight until you reach the intersection with Corso Vittorio Emanuele II. Turn right and walk straight until you reach Piazza Navona, which will be on your left.

    Public Transport

    From the Vatican Museums, walk to the nearest bus stop on Viale Vaticano. Take bus number 492 towards 'Piazza Venezia'. After about 10 minutes, get off at the 'Piazza Navona' stop. From the bus stop, it is a short walk to Piazza Navona, just follow the signs pointing towards the plaza.
