Walking
From the Vatican Museums, exit the main entrance and head towards Viale Vaticano. Turn right onto Viale Vaticano and continue walking straight. After about 800 meters, you'll reach the intersection with Via della Conciliazione. Cross the street and continue straight until you reach the Tiber River. Turn left along the riverbank and follow the path for approximately 1 kilometer. You will see the iconic Ponte Sant'Angelo bridge ahead. Cross the bridge, and on the opposite side, you will find yourself at Piazza San Lorenzo in Lucina. Continue straight and take a right onto Via del Teatro di Marcello. The Teatro di Marcello will be on your left.

Public Transport
From the Vatican Museums, walk to the nearest metro station, Ottaviano. Board Line A (the orange line) towards Anagnina. Travel for 5 stops and get off at Piazza di Spagna. Once at Piazza di Spagna, exit the station and head towards Via del Boccaccio. Continue straight until you reach Via del Corso. Turn left and walk along Via del Corso until you reach Via del Teatro di Marcello, which will be on your right. The Teatro di Marcello will be visible from the street.

If you prefer to take a taxi or a private car service, simply request a ride from the Vatican Museums to 'Teatro di Marcello, Via del Teatro di Marcello'. The journey should take around 10-15 minutes depending on traffic. Ensure to inform the driver to drop you off as close to the entrance of the Teatro di Marcello as possible, which is located on Via del Teatro di Marcello.
