Walking
From the Vatican Necropolis, exit the area through the entrance you came in from. Head towards Via di Porta Angelica and turn left onto the street. Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with Via della Conciliazione. Cross over to the other side of the street to continue straight on Via della Conciliazione. Keep walking until you reach Castel Sant'Angelo on your right. Continue walking past the castle until you reach the bridge called Ponte Sant'Angelo. Cross the bridge and once you reach the other side, follow the road to the right towards Via di Monte Brianzo. Continue on this road until you reach Piazza Navona. At Piazza Navona, continue straight towards Corso del Rinascimento, and then take a right onto Via dei Cestari. Follow this road until you reach Piazza della Rotonda, where the Pantheon is located.

From the Vatican Necropolis, walk to the nearest bus stop, located on Via di Porta Angelica. Take Bus 81 or 982 towards 'Piazza Venezia'. Stay on the bus for about 10-15 minutes until you reach the stop 'Corso Vittorio Emanuele'. Disembark and walk straight down Corso Vittorio Emanuele II. After a few minutes, you will reach Piazza della Rotonda. The Pantheon will be directly in front of you.
