Walking
From Vatican Necropolis, exit through the entrance and head towards St. Peter's Basilica. Once you are facing the Basilica, walk straight down Via della Conciliazione. Continue walking until you reach the Tiber River. Cross the Ponte Sant'Angelo bridge to the other side. Once across, turn left and follow the riverbank for a short distance. You will come to Via dei Coronari, where you will turn right. After a few blocks, turn left onto Piazza Navona, and you will see the beautiful square ahead.
Walking
If you prefer a more scenic route, from Vatican Necropolis, exit and head to St. Peter's Square. From there, take Via di Porta Castello and then continue onto Via della Conciliazione. After crossing the Tiber River via Ponte Sant'Angelo, turn right onto Via di Panico, which will lead you directly to Piazza Navona. This route offers lovely views and takes you through some charming streets.
Bus
From Vatican Necropolis, walk to the nearest bus stop located at St. Peter's Square. Take bus line 64 towards Stazione Termini. Get off at the stop 'Piazza Navona'. From there, it's just a short walk to the square where you can enjoy the beautiful fountains and lively atmosphere.

For a quick route, exit Vatican Necropolis and head towards Via di San Pietro. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Via della Conciliazione. Turn right, cross the Tiber River via Ponte Sant'Angelo, and then turn left immediately after crossing onto Via di San Giovanni in Pignato. This will lead you directly to Piazza Navona.
