Walking
From the entrance of the Vatican Necropolis, head south towards Via della Conciliazione. Turn left onto Via della Conciliazione and walk until you reach the Tiber River. Cross the bridge Ponte Sant'Angelo to reach the other side of the river. After crossing, continue straight on Via di Borgo Pio until you reach the junction with Via del Mascherino. Turn right onto Via del Mascherino and then take the first left onto Via della Conciliazione again. Continue straight until you reach the Piazza San Pietro. From there, follow the signs to the Quirinal Palace, which is about a 20-minute walk from the Vatican.
Public Transport
From the Vatican Necropolis, walk to the nearest bus stop on Via della Conciliazione. Take bus number 64 in the direction of Termini Station and get off at the stop 'Piazza Venezia.' Once you disembark, walk towards the Quirinal Palace by heading northeast on Via del Corso, then take a left onto Via IV Novembre. The Quirinal Palace will be on your right after a short walk.
