Honeymoon Beach, located on the north shore of St. John, is a serene and picturesque beach within Virgin Islands National Park. Known for its soft white sand, calm turquoise waters, and excellent snorkeling, it's accessible by hiking trails or boat, offering a peaceful retreat from the more crowded beaches.

Walking
From the Cruz Bay Ferry Terminal, walk two blocks to the National Park Visitor Center. The Lind Point Trailhead is located across the street from the public restrooms. Follow the Lind Point Trail for approximately one mile to reach Honeymoon Beach. The trail is well-maintained but can be rocky, so wear appropriate footwear. Allow 20-30 minutes for the hike.
Taxi & Shuttle
From the Cruz Bay Ferry Dock, take a taxi to the former Caneel Bay Resort entrance. From there, a shuttle service operated by the Caneel Bay Beach Club is available to transport you to Honeymoon Beach for $6 one way or $12 round trip. Children under 12 ride the shuttle for free. Taxis are readily available at the Cruz Bay Ferry Dock. Taxi fare to Caneel Bay is approximately $9 per person.
Ferry & Walking
From St. Thomas, take the passenger ferry from either Red Hook or Charlotte Amalie to Cruz Bay, St. John. The ferry from Red Hook is more frequent and costs $7 per adult and $1 for children. The ferry from Charlotte Amalie costs $13 for adults and $3.50 for children. From the Cruz Bay Ferry Terminal, follow the walking directions to Honeymoon Beach via the Lind Point Trail.
