If you are driving, start from the main entrance of Saguaro National Park East (Rincon Mountain District) and head south on Old Spanish Trail. Continue until you reach the junction with Houghton Road. Turn right onto Houghton Road and continue until you reach the intersection with Speedway Boulevard. Turn left onto Speedway Boulevard and continue driving until you reach Sabino Canyon Road. Turn right on Sabino Canyon Road. Continue to the end of the road where the Sabino Canyon Recreation Area is located. Parking costs $8 per vehicle, and you will need to pay this fee at the entrance.

Public Transportation
For those using public transportation, take the Sun Tran bus service Route 9 from downtown Tucson towards the Sabino Canyon. The bus will drop you off near the entrance of the Sabino Canyon Recreation Area. Be sure to check the Sun Tran website for the latest schedule.
