Getting There

  • Car

    If you are driving to Windy Point Vista, start from the main entrance of Saguaro National Park. Take the exit onto E Valencia Rd and head east until you reach S Houghton Rd. Turn left onto S Houghton Rd and continue until you reach E Old Spanish Trail. Turn right onto E Old Spanish Trail and follow it until you reach the Catalina Highway (AZ-83). Turn left onto Catalina Highway, and follow it for approximately 24 miles. Windy Point Vista will be located on your left side, just past the Mount Lemmon Ski Valley.

  • Public Transportation

    To reach Windy Point Vista via public transportation, you can take the Sun Tran bus route that services the Tucson area. Board the bus heading towards the Catalina Foothills. You may need to transfer to a route that goes towards Mount Lemmon or Catalina Highway. Check the schedule ahead of time as service may be limited. Once you reach the stop closest to Mount Lemmon, you will need to take a taxi or rideshare service for the remaining distance to Windy Point Vista, which is approximately 10-15 minutes away by car.
