Walking
From the center of Aparan, head east on the main street (Tigran Mets Avenue). Continue walking for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the outskirts of the town. Look for a sign indicating the direction to Mount Aragats. You'll notice a path leading uphill towards the mountain. Follow this path, which will eventually merge into a dirt road that leads directly to the base of Mount Aragats. The hike will take approximately 1.5 to 2 hours depending on your pace.

From the center of Aparan, find the minibus stop near the city hall. Take a minibus heading towards the village of Byurakan. Inform the driver you are going to Mount Aragats, as they might drop you off along the way. The ride will take around 30 minutes.
