If you are driving from the city center of Syunik, start by heading southeast on the M2 highway towards the town of Goris. Continue on the M2 for approximately 30 kilometers until you reach the junction for the M2 and M4 highways. Merge onto the M4 highway heading towards the direction of Kapan. After about 15 kilometers, keep an eye out for signs indicating 'Old Jugha' or 'Gulistan.' Follow these signs for another 10 kilometers. The Armenian cemetery in Old Jugha is located at XHF8+H2P, Gulistan, Azerbaijan. Parking may be available nearby, but be prepared for a short walk to the cemetery.

To reach the Armenian cemetery in Old Jugha using public transportation, begin your journey at the central bus station in Syunik. Look for a minibus (marshrutka) heading towards Goris. The fare is typically around 500 AMD. Once you arrive in Goris, transfer to a minibus heading to Kapan. The fare for this leg will be approximately 700 AMD. Inform the driver that you wish to get off at Old Jugha. After about 15 minutes, the driver will drop you off near the cemetery entrance at XHF8+H2P, Gulistan, Azerbaijan. From there, it will be a short walk to the cemetery.
