Getting There

• Car

  From Melbourne, take the M1 highway towards Gippsland. Continue on the M1 for approximately 100 kilometers. Take the exit for Moe and follow the signs for the Princes Highway (A1) towards Sale. After about 12 kilometers, turn left onto the Moe-Walhalla Road (C485). Follow this road for about 20 kilometers until you reach the township of Walhalla. Once in Walhalla, follow the signs to Autumn Paradise Lookout. The lookout is located just a short drive from the town center, and ample parking is available.

• Public Transportation

  To reach Walhalla via public transport, take a train from Southern Cross Station in Melbourne to Moe. The train journey takes approximately 1 hour and 40 minutes. Upon arriving at Moe Station, you can catch a local bus to Walhalla. The bus service may not run frequently, so be sure to check the timetable ahead of time. Once you arrive in Walhalla, follow the signs to Autumn Paradise Lookout, which is a short distance from the bus stop. Be prepared for some walking as the lookout may not be directly accessible by public transport.

• Walking

  If you're already in Walhalla, Autumn Paradise Lookout is accessible by foot. From the Walhalla Goldfields Railway station, walk along the main road until you see signs for the lookout. The walk is approximately 2 kilometers and takes about 30 minutes. The route is scenic, and you will enjoy views of the surrounding bushland. Make sure to wear comfortable shoes and bring water.
