    If you are driving to Teds Beach from Mount Field National Park, start by heading out of the national park via the Mount Field Road. Continue on this road until you reach the Lyell Highway (A10). Turn left onto the Lyell Highway and follow it for approximately 15 km. Then, turn right onto the Gordon River Road (B61) and continue for about 6 km until you reach the turnoff for Teds Beach. Follow the signs leading to Teds Beach, which is located approximately 2 km down this road. There is a parking area available near the beach.

    To reach Teds Beach using public transport, you will first need to catch a bus from Mount Field National Park to the nearest town, New Norfolk. Make sure to check the bus schedules in advance, as they may not be frequent. From New Norfolk, you will need to board a bus heading towards Strathgordon and ask the driver to drop you off at the Teds Beach turnoff on Gordon River Road (B61). From there, it is approximately a 2 km walk to the beach. Be prepared for a bit of a hike, as the path may not be well-marked.
