This journey takes approximately 20-25 minutes. From the bus stop, head towards Black Mountain Road, which is about a 15-minute walk. Follow Black Mountain Road until you reach the entrance to Big Mowbray Falls, which is located at 4330 Black Mountain Rd.

    Rent a bicycle from one of the local shops in Port Douglas. Start by cycling northwest on Macrossan Street, then turn left onto Port Douglas Road. Continue cycling for about 3 kilometers until you reach Mowbray River Road. Turn right and cycle for approximately 1 kilometer until you reach Black Mountain Road.
