Car
From Tidal River, head south on the Main Road towards Wilsons Promontory National Park. Continue on the Main Road for approximately 10 kilometers until you reach the junction with the Telegraph Track. Turn left onto the Telegraph Track. Follow this road for about 8 kilometers, and you will find Halfway Hut on your right. Look for the sign indicating the camping ground.

Public Transportation
Take the shuttle bus service from Tidal River to the Wilsons Promontory Visitor Centre. From the Visitor Centre, you can join a guided walking tour that will lead you towards Halfway Hut. Make sure to check the schedule of the shuttle service in advance and the availability of guided tours.

Walking
If you are starting from Tidal River, walk along the Main Road heading south. After about 10 kilometers, you will reach the Telegraph Track. Turn left and continue walking for another 8 kilometers. Halfway Hut will be on your right. Ensure you wear suitable walking shoes and carry enough water for the journey, as it is a long walk.
