    From Mayrhofen, start by heading northeast on the B169 road. Continue for approximately 12 kilometers until you reach the junction for Tux. Take the exit toward Tux/Zillertal and merge onto the L2 road. Follow the L2 for about 9 kilometers, passing through the village of Tux. Once you reach Hintertux, follow the signs to the Hintertuxer Gletscher. The journey takes around 30 minutes depending on traffic. Be aware that there may be parking fees at the destination.
