    From Krems an der Donau, take bus line 715 towards Melk. The bus runs approximately every hour and stops at 'Wösendorf Ortsmitte', a short walk from Hofmeisterei Hirtzberger. A single ticket costs around €4. The journey takes approximately 30 minutes. Alternatively, from railway station Weißenkirchen in der Wachau, it is approximately 30 minutes walk.

  • Ferry & Walking

    If arriving from the south bank of the Danube, take the Weißenkirchen-St. Lorenz ferry. From the St. Lorenz ferry landing, it's approximately a 25-minute walk (about 2 km) to Hofmeisterei Hirtzberger in Wösendorf. The ferry operates from April to early November. A single crossing for pedestrians costs approximately €3. Note that the ferry has limited operating hours, so check the schedule in advance.

  • Driving & Parking

    From Krems, follow the B3 (Wachaustraße) west towards Weißenkirchen. Continue through Weißenkirchen, and you'll find Wösendorf a few minutes further along the B3. Hofmeisterei Hirtzberger is located on the main street (Hauptstraße). Parking is available in the village, with some free spaces and some short-term parking zones. Be aware that parking can be limited, especially during peak season. Parking is also available next to the train station. Consider parking at the train station and walking to the restaurant.
