Canefield House, a beautifully presented and exceptionally well-maintained three-bedroom villa, sits on the peaceful Greenbank Estate overlooking Brewer's Bay in north-central Tortola. The villa occupies its own ten-acre plot, some 850 feet above sea level, on land formerly used for sugarcane cultivation, from which it derives its name. Built in the early 1990s, Canefield House offers stunning sea views and cooling breezes. The property consists of three separate pavilions connected by garden pathways. The main house features a great room, a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, and a dining area. The master pavilion, located on the far side of the main house, has a king master bedroom with a sitting area and office nook. On the opposite side of the main house, a walkway leads to the Blue and Green Suites. The Blue Suite can be arranged as a king bedroom or with two twins and includes two single daybeds for small children. The Green Suite has a queen bed and a daybed suitable for a small child. Guests can enjoy the swimming pool and sundeck area, which offer ocean views. Depending on the season, guests may enjoy fruit grown on the estate, such as guava, coconut, avocado, banana, and mango. Canefield House provides privacy within a setting of natural beauty.
