Continue for about 10 km, and then look for signs directing you to the Samokovishteto Ecotrail. There is a parking area near the trailhead where you can leave your vehicle.

For those using public transportation, take a bus from Malyovitsa to Dupnica. The bus stop is located near the center of Malyovitsa. Check the local schedule for bus times, as they may vary. Once you arrive at the Dupnica bus station, you can either walk or take a taxi to the Samokovishteto Ecotrail. The distance from the bus station to the trailhead is about 5 km. If walking, follow the signs towards the trail and enjoy the scenic route.
