From Highway 1, exit onto Highway 152 (also known as East Lake Avenue) and head east. Continue on Highway 152, following signs for Mount Madonna. Turn left onto Pole Line Road, then turn right onto Summit Road. Follow Summit Road for several miles, and the entrance to Mount Madonna Center will be on your left. Follow the signs to the Sankat Mochan Hanuman Temple. Note that reservations are required for entry on Saturdays and Tuesdays, and a voluntary parking fee is suggested to help offset the costs of maintaining the road and parking infrastructure at Mount Madonna Center.

From the Watsonville Transit Center, located at 475 Rodriguez Street, transfer to Santa Cruz METRO Route 68 towards Gilroy. Get off at the 'Summit Rd & Watsonville' stop. From there, walk approximately 0.5 miles up Summit Rd to reach Sankat Mochan Hanuman Temple at 445 Summit Rd. The bus fare is approximately $2.50. Remember to check the bus schedule in advance, as service may be limited, and make a reservation for the temple visit.
