  • Hiking

    From the Giant Forest Museum in Sequoia National Park, take the Congress Trail, which leads you through the Giant Forest. Follow the trail signs towards the General Sherman Tree. After visiting the tree, continue to follow the Congress Trail until you reach the intersection with the High Sierra Trail. This trail will lead you out of the park and towards the Sequoia National Forest. Keep following the High Sierra Trail for approximately 10 miles until you reach the entrance to Sequoia National Forest. Note that this is a lengthy hike and requires good physical fitness and preparation.
