You will pass several shops and restaurants along the way. Keep an eye out for signs indicating D. L. Bliss State Park. After about 30 minutes of walking, you will arrive at the entrance of D. L. Bliss State Park, located at 9881 CA-89.

If you have a bicycle, you can take the bike path that runs along Lake Tahoe Boulevard (CA-89). Start from the Tahoe City bike path, heading south. The ride is approximately 1.5 miles and should take around 10-15 minutes. As you approach D. L. Bliss State Park, look for the entrance sign on your right at 9881 CA-89.

Use the local bus service, the TART (Tahoe Area Regional Transit). You can catch the bus at any of the designated stops in Tahoe City. Make sure to board the bus heading toward South Lake Tahoe.
